  • Spin is one of the safest exercise programs, because you can monitor your heart rate.
  • Make sure you stay hydrated during your rides. 
  • Take a sip of water or electrolytes every 10 minutes.
  • Make sure you check your seat height and position before each riding session.
  • I think spin is a great form of exercise. Have you considered getting a bike for your home?
